How to Apply
Please note that Transvalia School does not manage its own admissions. Placement at Transvalia School is governed by the following procedure as stipulated in the SIAS policy:
Initial Assessment
The school your child currently attends should complete an SNA document (a form familiar to all schools) and submit it to the relevant district office of the education department overseeing their school. The respective district will assess which school would best meet your child’s needs. If Transvalia School is deemed appropriate, the district will contact our district office (Tshwane South) to confirm grade availability.
Head Office Approval
Should there be space, the documents will be forwarded to head office for final approval. Once authorised by head office, they will send the paperwork to the educational psychologist at Tshwane South affiliated with Transvalia School. The educational psychologist will then instruct us to admit the learner, at which point we will reach out to you directly.
Not Currently Enrolled
If your child is not currently enrolled in a school, please visit your nearest district office for assistance. You may also approach any local school to determine which district oversees your area.
Important Note:
Transvalia School cannot accept direct referrals. All admissions must go through the official SIAS process via your district office.
